The Challenge

The client was forced to rely on PracticePanther’s default iframe forms on their website. These native forms looked visually outdated, degraded the site’s design, and offered a poor user experience. On the backend, managing leads required manual handling, which slowed down intake and delayed attorney response times.

What We Did

We engineered an automated webhook pipeline in Zapier that bridges modern, custom website forms directly with PracticePanther and team communication channels.

Custom Webhook Trigger: Setup a Webhooks by Zapier catch hook to capture lead data instantly from the custom web form without compromising UI design.

Automated Data Mapping: Built multi-step logic to auto-create new contacts in PracticePanther, apply conditional filters, search existing records, and generate new matters dynamically.

Instant Attorney Alerts: Connected Zoho Mail as the final action to automatically dispatch detailed notifications to relevant team members as soon as a lead submits the form.

The Result

Completely eliminated the clunky iframe form while maintaining a high-converting, modern brand presence. Manual data entry was reduced to zero, accelerating lead-to-attorney notification times from hours to seconds.
