This access is essential for performing tasks such as optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns, and monitoring account performance.

  • You agree to provide the necessary account access to allow us to carry out the services you have requested. All access granted will be handled with the utmost care.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • At Better Sell, we take your privacy seriously. We ensure that all sensitive information, including business data, account details, and personal information, is kept confidential.

  • We require all clients to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to further protect the privacy of your data and ensure the security of the information shared between us.

  • The fees for our services will be provided in advance, either through our service packages or custom quotes. All fees are due as specified in your agreement with us.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update our fees at any time, but any changes will be communicated to you beforehand.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or services will be settled as per the terms of the agreement.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if there is any violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Better Sell will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • We make no guarantees regarding the success of any marketing campaigns or the increase in sales resulting from our services.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Pakistan.
